Choice isn’t optional. It’s everything.

In life. In health. In how we fight for our future. But somewhere along the way, medicine forgot that. Today’s system runs on one-size-fits-all answers and a cold “just take this” mentality. It’s efficient. It’s easy. It’s wrong.

EVEXIAS exists to blow that model wide open.

We’re pioneering a new way of doing things, and it starts by handing the decision back to the people who matter... you and your provider. TOGETHER, you choose treatments tailored to your whole self: mind, body, and spirit—including advanced, personalized hormone therapies designed to restore balance and vitality.

We go beyond surface symptoms to uncover the root cause, using today’s breakthroughs to ignite a transition of modern medicine…where insight runs deeper, care is pro-active, and connection is everything. We dig deeper. Treat smarter. And restore something even more powerful than health—your Freedom. This isn’t just healthcare. It’s your comeback story, and that story starts with a choice.

Get Well. Live Well.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice review, coding, approvals, payment processing, vendor communications, payment reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Review and monitor vendor payment methods, including Auto Draft and ACH vendors, to ensure proper payment processing, bank verification, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance with internal controls.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and organized supporting documentation for reconciliations, payments, journal entries, audits, and other accounting activities to ensure audit-ready compliance.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate expense coding, approvals, financial documentation, and adherence to accounting procedures and company policies.
  • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback on accounting processes.
  • Support financial reporting, audits, and special accounting projects as directed by the Controller and CFO.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen accounting operations, internal controls, and workflow efficiency.
  • Support standardization, automation, and troubleshooting of AP, AR, and accounting workflows across procurement systems, Accounting platforms, ERP/accounting systems, and financial records.
  • Assist with implementation of accounting best practices, process documentation, and operational accountability initiatives within the accounting functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience required, including strong experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
  • Experience supporting complex AP & AR operations, vendor payment management, and month-end close activities is required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, audit support, and accounting workflow processes required.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
